  10. Plans is a high speed, versatile drafting program.  Plans uses a
  11. hierarchical (DOS like) data structure allowing the user to group
  12. and manipulate complex drawing objects including the entire drawing.
  13.  
  14. Using the tools provided, the user can create drawings that are very
  15. detailed and accurate.  A pen plotter or high resolution printer is
  16. required for the highest quality drawings.  Plans can print the
  17. drawing on any Preferences selected graphics printer.

  57. Plans3D allows the user to quickly create mechanical and
  58. architectural models and then render them to create 2D
  59. perspective line drawings.  These drawings can then be
  60. edited like any other drawing.  Plans3D uses a common
  61. workspace for both 2D and 3D.  This allows the user to
  62. extrude objects in a natural way and to use nearly all of
  63. the 2D commands to manipulate 3D objects in a natural way.
